Happy Easter Weekend!

I have to work today and then off to karaoke {i don't sing, brian and his friends do}. you don't want me to! Then work a bit tomorrow and get ready for sunday. we have a house full of people coming...11+ or so, so it should be FUN!

here are a few more things I worked on this weekend and guess what i got in the mail??!??!?! my scrappy box from The Shaker Box for my guest spot for may. and it has my FAVE products in it. FAVE! woot woot.

Here are a few more projects i did for the crop at CMK last weekend.

This first one is using the bleach stamping technique. I didn't have a stamp i wantedt to use so i made some pawprints with my paper towel. These are my boys, Chase and Max!

And then another one of Chase. I can't believe I got this shot of him sniffing the daffodil! i was just calling him over bc he likes to sniff the camera and those shots are so cute, too. i used my SNS ribbon on here...and of course, glimmer mists and color washes on the butterfly.

Lastly is a layout of some of my best girlfriends from college. I used the Mamosa Glimmer Mist on here and then my Art Institute glitter that i get from Serendipity Scrapbooks. Then i seal it with spray glaze that i get a the craft store. Love that stuff.

Karaoke...what fun! Tell me you at least sing one song. I am a horrible singer, but I still give it a go just for fun's sake. My daughter is having a karaoke party for her birthday in a few weeks. Can't wait! Hope you have a wonderful holiday with your guest. As always, love your layouts!!!

P.S. Can't get to The Shaker Box site...don't know why. I'll keep trying.

Great layouts, Ellen! I especially love how you did the paw prints with the bleach (very creative) and the last one on the Pink Paislee background (I'm working on a layout right now with that paper!)
Happy Easter!

Nope...did not run today...or yesterday...or the day before...or the day before that...and on and on...lol! You have an excuse. I dont'! I HAVE done three super hard weight lifting sessions and two step aerobic routines (I just dated myself) this week. AND I walked for hours yesterday...I went to the Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta. Tell me at least some of this counts?!?!?

Glad you are back...missed you bunches!
