HSS sells these cute little acrylic butterflies. All you need to do is use your heat gun on them and they bend a bit. Just keep them bent and let them cool and that is it!

Altered Photo Frame
When Bonnie from Scrapadilly sent me this Kaisercraft Patterned Paper, I just had to run with these butterflies...and the only thing i kept seeing was them "flying away" so this is what i came up with...

P.S. Didn't run today, but did cardio boot camp this morning and took a long, brisk walk after work. I'm beginning to think I'm too old to run. Did that pass as a good excuse for not running? If not, I'll work on it!
