Welcome to Be Inspired # 70

First off, I want to thank Betty and Maggie for letting me take a little break for a few months to get some things in order and I am so excited to be BACK with Wednesday's Be Inspired challenge. And if you are here for the mStampBOX blog hop...click here when you are done ;)

Don't forget to check out the Cuttlebug Challenge Blog and this month's challenge/contest to leave as many comments as possible on the blog! click here for more info on that...

Today's Challenge was to incorporate fabric into your layout...see this cool circle pattern? That is some vintage fabric that I found hidden in a compartment in the stool that came with Brian's Pap's sewing machine. SO COOL! I have been dying to use it and it I just loved the yellow, red and teal combo so I tore into my Core'dinations right away and this is what I came up with...I know the photo of owen is a bit scraptastic but I just love him all sweaty, intense and smiley. I just envisioned him growing up on me ;)

Then I ran my Sassafrass alphas and my Thickers through my Cuttlebug. Anything sticky like that, just put wax paper behind it and the peel off. For the Thickers, use your C mat and a shim and you get the perfect impression.

The fabric strips are Studio Calico.

AND I used my NEW """>Shimmerz Pearlz on the button...LOVING them!
