Does your Monday sneak up on you?

Mine does! Every weekend goes so fast..and then BOOM! it's Monday again.

I hope you had a great weekend. This weekend was the poker run we do every year for my best friend's sister. She died unexpectedly a few years ago. Massive heart attack while she was 8 mos. pregnant and they lost Raylee, the baby, too. So please, ladies. Get your physicals, get your heart checked b/c it doesn't matter what age you are...heart disease is a serious thing.
Okay enough Debbie Downer...I don't like to dwell, this weekend was about celebrating life and each other and that is exactly what we did :)

Here is a video I shot of all the bikes and old cars. How cool are they??? We drove the Hummer which of course I don't have any pics of! I will have to hunt one down b/c it was SO FUN! Turn it up...the louder the better!!! So you can hear the roar of the bikes :)

So sorry to hear about your friend's sister. It is amazing when someone has such an impact on so many people's lives that they continue to do something in her memory every year.

Hey girl! I can't imagine the incredible sadness in losing a friend and her baby. Sounds like you all had a great time in remembering her.

Poker runs are so much fun. We participated in on a few weeks back.....on our motorcycle!

Awww, very, very sweet! I'm a bit teary eyed from the story, but am so glad you all have found a way to honor and preserve the memories.
